SHIPPING INFORMATION
We do ship by UPS, Priority Mail, or First Class depending
on what is appropriate for size and value of the package.

We ship by US Postal Mail to Alaska and Hawaii.

All packages are insured.
Minimum shipping charge by First Class is $5.00
Minimum shipping charge by Priority Mail is $7.00
Minimum shipping charge by UPS is $9.00


CONFIRMATION
The receipt that the Shopping Cart sends you
is your confirmation notice.
If there is a problem, then we will write to you.
Otherwise you may assume that the order is being processed.

We cannot add items to your order once it has been submitted.


SHIPPING QUOTES ARE NOT PRECISE
But experience has shown that they are rather accurate.
Additional shipping charges of $1 to $5
may be added for west and north zones,
rural or residential.
PrillyCharmin Dolls is located in Florida.

INSURANCE
Insurance and a packing fee are included in shipping costs.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY APPLY, IF...

Our shipping rates are based on what it costs to send ONE box of goods. If the order must be shipped in more than one box, a minimum of $5 additional shipping cost will be added.

If the box is "oversize" according to UPS or postal definitions for large packages, then $5 additional shipping cost may be required for oversize boxes.

If you are located in far zones (from 34655), or residential, or rural areas, then additional shipping charges of $1 to $5 may apply.

Signature on Delivery costs $3 additional.

CUSTOMER ERRORS:

We do add a $1 or $2 handling fee if we must fix an incomplete address, incorrect credit card number or other corrections. Please doublecheck your information before you give final confirmation to your order. It is your responsibility to enter the information properly.

If you provide a wrong credit card number and your order is incorrectly charged to someone else's account, you will be charged $20 for the error because that is what we are charged for the mistake.


TIME FRAME:
We generally ship within 3 business days
unless we need to order your Doll from the warehouse,
then it might be as much as 7 business days.
Business days does not include weekends.

If you have not received your item after 2 weeks,
then please send an email to

If you live on the west coast then please allow 3 weeks.
It usually takes 8 business days for packages
to reach the west coast from Florida,
and that's just shipping time.
If you live in Alaska or Hawaii then allow 4 weeks.


According to mail order standards,
companies have up to 30 days to deliver
on mail order items

as an acceptable business guideline.
We expect delivery to be much sooner than 30 days.
For international orders, it can take as long as 2 months due to additional transit time and waiting to get through customs.

IS YOUR PACKAGE LOST?
The US Postal Service advises 30 days
before taking any action on missing packages
because most of them do show up by that time
even if they took the "scenic route."
If there is a problem during shipment
then we do wait 30 days before taking action.


TRACKING NUMBER:
You might receive a tracking number if the
package is shipped by UPS.
The email will say
QuantumViewNotify in the header,
so don't delete it.

UPS always uses that address,
no matter what company you order from.

Packages under 1 pound are usually shipped US Postal,
and you will not receive a tracking number.


EMAIL CONFIRMATION:
If you have not received email confirmation,
it may be that you entered your email address wrong in the forms.
Or, your inbox might be full on your email account.
Or, you may have blocked our email address in the past.

AOL is one of the worst: they block things that should not be.
Comcast seems to be doing the same thing.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, or Money Orders.
We can accept Debit Cards that have the Visa/Mastercard symbol on them.
We cannot take Discover cards or American Express.
NOTE: We do not take PayPal but we can take the PayPal debit card.

MINIMUM ORDER:
Minimum order is $9.99 subtotal, before shipping costs.

INSUFFICIENT FUNDS:
Please make sure your debit account
has the necessary funds when you order.


RETURNS:
Any returns must be authorized first.
Authorized returns may be subject to a restocking fee of
$4.00 or 20%, whichever is greater.
Shipping costs are not refundable.

Wigs and Hair pieces are not returnable.
Closeout Items are Final Sale.

Case Lots of Berenguer Dolls are Final Sale because the
Cases are ordered just for the Customer.
We do not stock the case lot items in our shop.
